COSMOS 5.15.1 was released with fixes to the download_file, get_target_file, and put_target_file APIs. It implements the DISABLED keyword and adds API methods to enable_cmd and disable_cmd (admins only). Read the full Base Release Notes or if you're a customer the Enterprise Release Notes.
