COSMOS 5.11.0 makes significant data reducer CPU utilization improvements and adds a new HTTP interface. Improvements were made to accessors, protocols and logging. We continue to work our Python implementation as well as made numerous small enhancements (including supporting UTF-8 characters in our configuration files).
